Rules
Your site can feature anything. I'd prefer it be a blog or graphics, or a combination, but any is fine.
No hentai, porn, racism, hate, etc. Mild nudity, done artistically, is fine.
Your site must be 75% complete. No hiatus, moved, or under construction sites please. You're allowed to go on hiatus and what not eventually obviously, but just don't be on one when you apply :)
You must have good content. Quality over quantity, but please have enough visitor content.
No more than 3 broken links.
I'm not worried about your hits, but if that's the only reason you're here, don't bother applying.
You must keep in contact with me. Leaving comments or participating in contests and what not is fine.
You don't have to be hosted, but I don't accept Angelfire or Hostultra sites. Those have too many pop-ups. If I think your site has too many pop-ups, I won't accept you.
If you're hosted on AF or HU, or any free server for that matter, why not apply for hosting here and see what happens? :D
No pop-ups. If your site messes up my computer, I can't exchange links with you.
If my link isn't up within 2 days of me accepting you, and you haven't given me a reason as to why it's not up, I will simply remove your link.
No redirection URLs, they slow down the website loading.
I'd like you to link me on every page, since that's what I'm doing for you :)
You must update at least once a week. I will not exchange links with dead sites.
